  1. Hydroformed Cradle –
    A multi-camera vision system was implemented to check the process stability of a hydroformed assembly at the end of the manufacturing line. The system examines the position of twelve critical features and reports this data to the user.  A custom data collection and interface was developed for this application to visually display the results of each inspection to the operator or plant engineers.

  2. Military Explosive Device –
    Vista Solutions Inc. implemented a vision system to measure the width of a formed split pin.  The vision system was also set up to inspect for the proper form of the split pin end.
