In business since 2003, Vista Solutions is a Windsor, Ontario, Canada based business with operating offices in Detroit and Queretaro with a combined total lab footprint in excess of 22,000 sq. ft.
Who We Are
Vista Solutions is an advanced engineering and technology company providing turnkey vision inspection products and solutions to a diverse client and industry base including Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Consumer Products, Military and Metal Casting. Vista Solutions maintains an on-site, state-of-the-art laboratory facility complete with robotics, 2D and 3D smart camera vision systems, LED light configurations, material handling and conveyance systems and advanced software for custom vision product and imaging development.
Vision Laboratory
Our state-of-the-art vision laboratories enable Vista Solutions to test and prove-out all prospective applications. Complete with the most current 2D and 3D machine vision technologies, high speed line scan systems and custom developmental tools (software and hardware). Vista Solutions has the ability to evaluate projects and conduct complete feasibility testing. Additionally, Vista Solutions owns a complete compliment of robotics, automation and material handling devices to allow for simulation of production conditions.

Vista Solutions develops industry first 3D in-line inspection solution for the metal casting industry

Vista Solutions moves into current headquarters.

Dean Scarlett
Dean Scarlett is Co-Owner and Vice President of Vista Solutions. Dean holds an Honors Bachelors of Commerce, specializing in Finance and also holds a Masters of Business Administration. In his function as Vice President, Dean plays a major role in the overall Business Development and Account Management functions. A proven sales professional, Dean has played a major role in growing Vista Solutions into one of the largest Machine Vision Integration companies in the North American marketplace. Key to Dean’s success is his passion for business, his team, and the desire to push Vista Solutions to new heights.
Michael Sirizzotti
Michael Sirizzotti is Co-Owner and Vice-President of Vista Solutions. Michael holds a Masters of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. Michael has been involved in developing 2D and 3D in process Machine Vision Solutions since the year 2000 and has been creating solutions for all project and company sizes including Fortune 100 companies. With his deep technical knowledge and contributions, Michael has taken Vista Solutions from a basic idea to a multi-million dollar organization, having an international presence in multiple locations to support the diverse client base.
